Brooke is the Founder & Owner of Bentley Medical & Aesthetics. She is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in integrative medicine and is a leading provider for cosmetic injections for over 17 years. Brooke is a member of The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and makes it a priority to stay current in the industry’s most recent, innovative treatments and cutting-edge research. She stays a step ahead by offering hormone replacement therapy to both her male and female patients, giving everyone the opportunity to Look, Live, and Love Better.

Brooke has earned an exceptional reputation in the field of cosmetic injections. She has trained with some of the most renowned experts in the industry and is known for her skillful and subtle technique. Most recently, she has trained extensively with Dr. Yan Trokel on YLift®, an advanced, non-invasive facial contouring procedure, and is excited to be the first in the region to provide this progressive new treatment.
Passionate about teaching, Brooke has also gained recognition as a National Trainer for Galderma and travels around the country sharing her techniques and pearls of wisdom with other practices and professionals. Her accomplishments have been recognized as Brooke had the honor of being named one of the Top 100 Best Aesthetic Injectors in America® for 2024.

Dr. Scharfstein, Medical Director at Bentley Medical & Aesthetics, is a Board-Certified General Surgeon, leading the area in advanced surgical care for over 15 years. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgery with a special interest in restorative and preventative care.
Dr. Scharfstein received his bachelor’s degree in Science from Vanderbilt University. He attended medical school at The University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Memphis and completed his surgical residency at East Tennessee State University, James H. Quillen College of Medicine.
As Medical Director at Bentley Medical, Dr. Scharfstein implements a patient-centered, integrative, and science-based approach to overseeing and providing reliable integrative medical care to his patients, co-workers, and colleagues.

Sheena is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 17 years of nursing experience, including seven years as a dedicated nurse practitioner. Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, she specializes in weight loss, cosmetic injectables, women’s health, and hormone therapy.
With a deep understanding of longevity medicine, Sheena incorporates cutting-edge treatments such as peptides, vitamins, and supplementation to help patients optimize their health and well-being. She believes in empowering individuals through education, ensuring they make informed decisions and take a proactive role in their healthcare journey.

Elena Cheshire is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience dedicated to helping patients look, feel, and perform their best. After completing two years of advanced training under a board-certified facial plastic surgeon, she went on to earn additional certifications in aesthetic medicine and hormone optimization, expanding her expertise in facial aesthetics, regenerative medicine, medical weight loss, hormone therapy, and functional wellness.
Elena believes that true wellness starts from within. Her passion is helping patients regain confidence, restore energy, optimize their health, and enhance their natural beauty through personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Whether she’s providing aesthetic treatments, hormone optimization, regenerative therapies, or weight loss care, her goal is always the same—to help patients become the healthiest, most confident version of themselves.
